Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the event, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
Experience with event promotions, live coverage, and influencer marketing is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong visual skills, including experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging copy and creative content.
Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.
A keen understanding of audience behavior and how to create content that resonates with different demographics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

A portfolio or examples of previous social media campaigns and event coverage (optional but encouraged).
